Yes. You can return your items at anytime without penalty. If you wish to return the items within the merchant’s return window, you should return the items directly to the merchant. Please refer to the merchant’s return policy for more details.
If the merchant's return window has expired, you can return your items to SmartPay. Please contact Customer Care to request a return label.
