Rated 2 out of 5 by from BEFORE PURCHASING CONSIDER LIMITED DATA Customer service is great and easy to start up but I paid for the yearly plan I haven’t even had this plan for two weeks and I ran out of high speed data that is so slow it just completely freezes unless you have 5 bar internet and have 10$ roll over data for only 2 gigs no high speed option completely disappointing

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Deceptive and Misleading It’s not really “unlimited”. I even called and they said there was no throttle after a set data usage so I bought this one. Come to find out it’s not true “unlimited”. Advertising is misleading and customer service is deceptive.

I use alot of data every month only to find out half way threw a month that I could not use high speed data enymore. This plan is fall advertisement if your company stated unlimited on the plan at all it should be fully unlimited everything. I will never buy this plan agin.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY CHALLENGING TO RENEW. THIS PLAN EVERY YEAR! It generally takes an hour to find where in this website to renew my annual plan. I just want to click the $495 plan. But really struggle to give you all this money! The choices. Do not apply to me,not anew. Customer,and not adding a line. So,, what can I do to continue? Sheesh
