Amazing Features!
I had previously owned an iphone 6s and it was cracked to pieces and one day it finally had the last straw of my clumsiness and completely died on me lol. I’ve been wanting a new phone and instead of getting the 11, I went with the xr bc it was cheaper but still really pretty and came in fun colors. It was brand new out of the box, came with everything and was charged when I turned it on. It works so great, definitely a huge upgrade from a 6s haha. I totally recommend this phone if you have the money and you’re looking for a newer phone with amazing quality. My favorite part is probably the speakers being on both ends of the phone and when you play a video or music out loud, it kinda sounds like a surrounding audio system or something. Also, amazing camera. Super cool phone!

Horrible battery life
I bought this phone after my husband and son got theirs on a pre-black Friday sale from Wal-mart. They loved theirs so I decided I would try it. Walmart was sold out so I went on Straight Talk to buy one before the sale ended. My phone has to charge twice daily. I have turned off all refreshing, tuned on battery mode, and everything else I can think of and still horrible. My son is 15 and stays on his phone literally all day. We compared our battery after 4 hours of same usage and I was on 32% he was still on 68%. My husband didn’t charge his phone and still had the same battery life the next morning. My battery dies on its own

Horrible Service from Straight Talk
Ordered my new phone, order showed completed - had a Straight Talk Representative helping. Printed off the confirmation, all showed completed. Waited for the phone to arrive, after approximately five day, no phone. Went to my account with Straight Talk to check on shipment and it had been cancelled. Chatted with a person from StraightTalk to find out what was going on, they could not help had to put in a request for a "special" department to call me - set time for call back to me - never heard from them! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!!

A great upgrade without breaking the bank
I was looking for an upgrade from my 7plus and thought I’d take a chance on the XR. They have about the same screen size thanks to the curved edges so I wasn’t downgrading the screen. On the upside you get the same features as a newer version iPhone, minus the hardware improvements. The phone takes great pictures and has the added features of wireless charging and face recognition. It will take you a bit to get used to not having a home button anymore and that the volume and Lock Screen button being more meshed to the phone itself, but if you are looking to change your phone this is the way to do it.

Holds up freaking awesome
I did an uh-oh and left my phone on top of my car and it literally was ran over by an 18 wheeler.
The screen was shattered BUT face id still worked, touch screen still worked, cameras both worked, speakers were perfect, it wasnt delayed or damaged internally. Honestly I could replace the screens and it be completely fine. It took about 4 or 5 months for my screen to fade out.
